- You must be a valid Golden Visa holder in the UAE.
- Your spouse must have a valid passport and a marriage certificate attested by the relevant authorities in your home country and the UAE embassy or consulate in home country and attestation in UAE .
- Your Original Golden Visa and a copy.
- Your Spouse’s Original Passport and a copy of the biodata page and validity pages.
- Original Marriage Certificate attested by the relevant authorities in your home country
- Completed visa application form for your spouse.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of your spouse.
- Proof of your accommodation in the UAE (e.g., tenancy contract, utility bills).
- Any additional documents requested by the relevant authority.
- Medical fitness to be conducted at UAE-approved medical facilities.
- Biological, adopted, or stepchildren under the age of 18.
- Unmarried sons can be sponsored up to the age of 24 if enrolled in full-time higher education.
