Step-by-Step Guide to Obtaining Dataflow Verification Report for DHA & MOH | Required Documents

Dataflow verification is a process used to verify the authenticity of a healthcare professional’s qualifications and work history. It is commonly required by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) in the United Arab Emirates for licensing and registration purposes.

To obtain a Dataflow verification report for DHA or MOH, you need to follow these steps:

Visit the Dataflow website: Go to the official Dataflow website (DataFlow Group) and create an account.
Initiate a verification request: Once you have an account, you can initiate a verification request for your qualifications and work history. You will need to provide basic information about yourself, such as your name, date of birth, and country of origin.
Submit your documents: You will need to submit a number of required documents, including your degree certificates, professional licenses, and work experience letters.
Payment: After submitting your documents, you will need to pay the verification fee.
Verification process: The Dataflow team will verify your qualifications and work history with the relevant authorities and educational institutions.
Receiving the report: Once the verification process is complete, you will receive a Dataflow verification report that you can use for your DHA or MOH registration process.
The specific documents required for Dataflow verification will vary depending on your profession and qualifications, but common documents include:

  • Degree certificates and transcripts
  • Professional licenses
  • Work experience letters
  • Passport copy
  • CV

It is important to note that the Dataflow verification process can take several weeks, so be sure to initiate the process well in advance of your DHA or MOH registration deadline.

Information About the DHA Exam Application Process

If you are a registered healthcare professional in India and want to keep doing what you love here in Dubai, you will have to take the DHA examination.

Let’s get things straightened out first so you can fully understand the terms and words you will see when you apply Globoprime.

Think of Dubai Health Authority as the DOH for Dubai.

(HAAD for Abu Dhabi and MOH for the entire UAE)

Prometrics is the company that gives the test for people who want to work for the DHA License Requirements.

Pearson Vue is used for NCLEX and HAAD.

Primary Source Verification (PSV) is a body that checks your documents, education, and work experience to make sure they are all real.

So, there you go. I hope that helps.

STEP 1: Prepare All Required Documents

At this point, you do not need to have your documents attested.

Since you will be scanning all these documents, I think you should stop thinking about getting everything attested right now.

You will have a hard time folding and fitting the “red-ribbon document” onto the scanner.

Also, make sure that you have scanned all the documents clearly and without any changes.

Here are the documents you will need:

Transcript of Records: The TOR you used for your local board exam can be used again, but make sure you still have all the pages, including the RLE record.

If you don’t have one, you can talk with your school about how to get a new one.

While you’re at it, ask them to have it DFA Authenticated (Red Ribbon) already, since you can’t file for this without your school records coming from you personally.

It should be sent on by your school, no one else.

Work Experience: Two (2) years is the minimum requirement for this.

Clinical nurses (from hospitals), school health nurses, occupational health nurses, company nurses, private duty nurses, and private clinic nurses can all apply, as long as they don’t wait more than 6 months before scheduling their exam.

(Note: If you just graduated, you may not have to show a work experience certificate. This is what one of my friends did, and she now works in a hospital here in Dubai.

Go grab your chance as soon as now!)

  • 1 color passport size photo
  • Passport copy
  • Authorization Letter for DHA: You can download this at the end of your online application, where you will have to download a file, sign it, scan it, and then upload it.

Proof of professional registration in India, which includes:

PRC License—it shouldn’t be expired—Board Certificate—the diploma-like thing you get from PRC Certificate of Good Standing—you can get this easily from PRC

Scan all documents.

Make sure you have scanned all of your documents, or they might send you an email saying that you have to upload it again because some important parts (like the registrar’s signature) are missing.

STEP 2: Make a Sheryan account

A Sheryan is an online account where you can process and keep track of everything that is important for your licence application.

Go to this site to create an account.

You should watch this: Create an account, and then you’ll be taken to the Online Registration and Licensing page.

Upload your documents with titles that give a general idea of what the file is, like “Passport,” “Passport Photo,” “Transcript of Records,” etc.

STEP 3: Wait for your ID

It will take up to 6 weeks for you to get this so that you can start the next step (PSV and Scheduling of Prometric Examination).

With this, you can see how they are evaluating your credentials based on the documents you have uploaded.

Make sure that you will use a credit card from the UAE to pay the fee at the end of your DHA application.

This is the only step where you will have to use certain types of credit cards.

STEP 4: Apply for a PSV

After the DHA has pre-evaluated your documents, they will send you an email with the link to have your Primary Source Verification done.

Pay your fees with international credit cards like Visa or Mastercard.

Wait for your PSV report, which may take up to 6 weeks again.

STEP 5: Schedule your Prometric test.

Once you have your DHA Reference Number, which you will get at the end of STEP 3, you can now schedule your exam.

It is now time to get ready for your test!

You can leave your email address in the comments section below and I will send you a set of questions and a reviewer to help you remember.

Note: Don’t underestimate the test!

Even though our local board exam is much harder than this, a large number of Filipinos who took the DHA-Prometric exam but did not study for it failed.

You don’t want to waste your precious time, do you?

STEP 6: Go to the testing site

  1. A) Get to the test centre 1 hour before the test so you have time to study.
  1. B) BENGALURU: PROMETRIC TESTING PVT LTD, Third Floor Tower B Prestige Shanti Niketan

HYDERABAD: PROMETRIC TESTING PVT LTD, 9th Floor, Unit 2, Kapil Towers IT Block.

So if you take a cab, make sure to give the driver the right directions or you will be late because you went to the wrong place.

Landmark: There’s a Starbucks in front of the building.

DON’T FORGET your original passport and your appointment receipt.

They will take your fingerprints and check the documents you brought.

They will also give you a locker key that you can use if you have things with you that you can’t bring into the test room.

The test is good for two (2) hours and has seventy (70) items.

Do not move around too much because a camera right in front of you will be watching how you act while taking the test.Do not talk to anyone, especially not your seatmate.

STEP 7: Wait to See the Result

Results will be out two to five days after you take the test.

I got mine after 2 days.

Once you pass the test, your Sheryan Account will show that you have made it.

In my case, I automatically got an Eligibility Letter because I had scheduled my PSV way before my Prometric test.

So I think that everything was already done when I got the results of my test, so the “Passed” mark on my Sheryan Account wasn’t necessary.

STEP 8: Head to Dubai

Once you’ve passed the test, it’s time to get your papers ready to travel abroad.

Your Healthcare Professional Licensing will be processed once you have found a job.

You will give your letter of eligibility to your employer, and they will process the license for you.

Now is the time to do your job in a foreign country.

Congratulations!
